I am writing this review to provide an update since my last review of Gamer. I ordered "universal" crowns from Gamer, however they did not work satisfactorily on my Germany-sourced pry off bottles. Initially I tried to return the crowns to Gamer, but their salesperson would not take them back. I then wrote a review about that experience, and Gamer's director of sales and also their CEO subsequently contacted me to apologize and correct the problem. While their salesperson dropped the ball, their management team was very responsive once they learned of the problem, and they made things right by refunding the full cost of my order. Every company has things go wrong with customers, but Gamer is a professional firm that exhibits great concern for their customers, big and small. I trust that they have addressed the problems with their salesperson, and I will certainly consider working with Gamer again in the future.

Excellent to deal with
Great product, price and service. Payment process slowed things down a bit but was not a problem. They don't accept credit cards, which I guess is the trade off for the lowest price.

Kathy at Gamer made it all happen on time and at theromised price. The product is in transit and due in next week. I can't rate the quality as the product has not been received and inspected.
