I will not work with Pacific Winemaking again, unless they make an effort to correct their significant deficiencies. Pacific Winemaking was eager to take my order and my deposit, however the delivery of our tanks was delayed, when they arrived one was damaged in transit (dents in rim around lid) and two had smaller cooling jackets than the third, which the broker was not able to prove was intended. Throughout the transaction, poor communication exacerbated our frustration and the broker seemed utterly incapable of taking responsibility for these shortcomings and correcting them. Additionally, our tanks did not come with valves or temp probes. I cannot recommend them to any small business at all. Sincerely, Frank Golden Coast Mead
