My primary responsibility is to think like my boss, Larry Corrado, president of Ideal Print Solutions, and then do what he would do—if he were eight people. Since he is only about four of them, I handle the “other duties as assigned” to fulfill my role as Office Manager. On any given day—none of which is ever “typical”—I’m tracking orders, managing payroll, handling customer inquiries, monitoring inventory, and taking care of accounts payable and receivables. I keep everything together with my ability to compartmentalize each role—which is complemented by sticky note system. I can’t read my own writing and I work for a company that specializes in solving printing challenges, so I print out my reminders.
