Microcanner, llc was started by Perceptive Concepts, LLC. Perceptive has been contract engineering and designing large packaging systems in the dairy industry since 1997. We also do auto and aerospace. Seeing a need for brewers and cider houses to can, we came up with the www.microcanner.com several years ago with my Cousins Hard Cider Company. Our system is designed on a very robust but compact frame. Running on 110v single phase and fitting through 36" doorways, it is very mobile and easy to operate. We fill each can to a set head space, no guess work, no messing with flow control. All purchased parts ship in 24 hours. We do not run a parts business. You pay what we pay for parts, shipping and handling. Every machine can be diagnosed by a technician by simply plugging into a router with a cable. If needed we can send a tech. Most issues are easily solved over a skype call and an internet connection.
