Wine dispensing tap
Here's an example of a wine on tap system (3 white wines, 3 red wines) that we designed and installed for a popular gastro pub. The wine is pushed out 75 feet then upstairs to 6 eurotaps mounted in barrel heads behind the restaurant's main bar.
Rather than store the wine kegs in a cooler (where ice crystals might form), the client asked if we could chill the wine in transit on it's way to the taps. We did this using a glycol chilled flavorlock trunk line.
