The 16"x 20" dual heated platens can press, flatten, cook, or par bake.
The heated platens help the dough flatten faster and easier, and they can also be used heat off for cold pressing.
Both heat platens are optional Xylan® coated for a non-stick surface that is easy to clean. (shown with optional non-stick xylan® coating)
The clam shell design allows for easy loading and unloading of dough.
Temperature control can be set from off up to 450°F.
The heat indicating light will go off when the set temperature is reached.

Easy to use open and close handle.
