Their Model 10APRB 45 Rack/Hr High-Temp Door-Type Dishwasher features an exclusive counter-rotating wash arm design to provide superior wash action. A couple important features that have been added to this model are a built-in 6.5 kW booster heater that employs a 40°F rise to sanitize dishes without the use of chemical sanitizer and a 1/2-horsepower pump that ensures proper flow pressure during the rinse cycle. This door-type dishwasher is specifically designed for establishments with low or fluctuating water pressure and is particularly ideal for facilities using well-water systems. Other standard features include an external vacuum breaker, electric wash tank heat with low-water protections and an incoming pressure regulator. It is capable of producing 45 racks of sparkling dishes per hour while using just 1.29 gallons of water per rack.
