Product Type:
The original Yarlington Mill apple tree was found growing out of a wall at a water mill in Yarlington North Cadbury, Somerset, England in 1898. Yarlington Mill trees are grown extensively in Somerset and the West Midlands. It is a vigorous tree that produces high yields of small yellow apples that have good flavor and a strong aroma. The tree flowers early to mid-season and it fruits mid-season. Yarlington Mill trees bear consistently and produce firm, medium size apples that hang on tree well. Cider-makers prize the Yarlington Mill apple for its medium bitter-sweet juice.
