Fusilloni's rough texture and corkscrew shape allows it to hold onto both creamy and chunky sauces like no other pasta. Using only premium durum wheat semolina flour, this pasta is made by a family that operates one of the finest pasta factories in the world located in Puglia, one of the most important regions in Italy for pasta production and consumption.
