•A legal (3-A Approved) 30 gallon (3.5 gallon minimum up to 30 gallon maximum) vat pasteurizer that will also function as a cheese vat, a yogurt and kefir incubation vat, and even a small bulk tank
•A Chart recorder with digital indicating thermometers, airspace heater, agitator, temperature controller
•A chiller to cool the milk
•A packaging system for glass or plastic bottles and foil sealed yogurt cups and deli tubs
•A sanitary milk pump
