This is an electric baking/finishing oven which is self-contained, conveyorized and stackable up to two high. It is designed for countertop use and must be used with the appropriate 4in. legs for proper cooling. Temperature is adjustable for 200 degrees F (93 degrees C) to 550 degrees F (288 degrees C). Conveyor speed is adjustable from 1 minute to 24 minutes cooking time. Conveyor and air distribution fingers are removable through the side-access panels for easy cleaning. The 16in. wide conveyor belt comes standard 31in. long. (Also available is an extended 50in. long belt, for an additional cost - pictured, choose belt option when ordering.) Conveyor opening is 3in. Crumb pans are located below the conveyor belt outside the baking chamber on the extended conveyor only. The Lincoln Impinger CTI (1300 Series) comes standard with four #1368 columnating panels for maximum velocity and air flow unless you specify otherwise. 95% of all cooking applications will use these panels in all four fingers.
VENTLESS models are now available! The 1300 Series has a new ventless model. This new model adds a catalytic converter and UL710B certification for ventless installations, saving money and time during installation. Because no venting hood is required, operators have more flexibility as to where and when the oven can be installed. Local codes do prevail. Simply select the Ventless model option when ordering.
