Marsal SD-660 Gas Oven. Model has the capacity of 6-18" pizzas at a time. Oven burners run left to right for the best heat distribution. Standard model features include 1" lip at the top of the chamber opening which prevents heat from rolling out when the door is open, 2" thick refractory brick cooking surface, arched baking chamber for a smoother heat flow, oven fronts and doors are manufactured using 18-gauge stainless steel type 430, manufactured using 18-gauge aluminized steel both inside and outside, thermostatically controlled from 300 degrees to 650 degrees F, concealed thermostat and safety valve behind vented control door, up to 4" of fiberglass insulation allowing 0" clearance rear and sides, full length 10-gauge heat diverters, adjustable legs for easy leveling, and 3/4" gas connection located in rear of oven. Optional casters are available for purchase. One year warranty on labor, 18 month warranty on parts UL Safety and UL Sanitation listed. 7" x 55-1/2" Opening (cooking surface of 36" x 60".)
