Master-bilt FLR Series Flavorail Ice Cream Dipping Cabinets have a 20 gauge seamless steel top, 24 gauge steel cabinet. Temperature ranges from 0 degrees F to -10 degrees F. This model features galvanized steel inner liner with copper tube wrap cold wall evaporator, anti-condensate heaters under stainless top cap. This model is equipped with leveling legs to correct for unlevel flooring and floor drain with standard garden hose fitting. The lids are stainless steel, hinged with handles and heavy-duty replaceable gasket. The standard finish is sparkling white polyester enamel exterior and galvanized interior. 2-1/4 inch foamed-in-place "zero ODP" urethane insulation, refrigerant: R-134a, self-contained, slide-out factory tested refrigeration system and forced draft hermetic condensing unit with wire and tube condenser for low maintenance.
