Pre-Owned Marsal MB-60 Gas Brick Lined Deck Oven. Oven burners run left to right for the best heat distribution. Standard model features include concealed thermostat and safety valve behind a vented control door, powder coated finishing on doors, flue damper allows more control of top and bottom heat, thermostatically controlled from 300 degrees F, arched refractory brick-lined ceiling inside the baking chamber, 2" thick fire brick cooking surface, refractory brick-lined rear of backing chamber, up to 4" of fiberglass insulation allowing 0" clearance rear & sides, full length 10-gauge heat diverters, 100-watt quartz halogen lamp brightly lights entire baking chamber for both you and your customer, manufactured using 18-gauge aluminized steel both inside and outside, and 3/4" gas connection located in rear of oven. As easy to operate as any deck oven. Optional casters are available for purchase. UL Safety and UL Sanitation Listed.
Unit has a cooking surface of 36" x 60" with a baking capacity of 6-18" pizzas.Unit has gas system with BTU total of 130,000 (natural gas).
