OES6.10Mini features seven different cooking modes, allowing restaurants to roast, grill, steam, convenience fry, bake, and rethermalize all in one machine. Vegetables, desserts, pizzas, steaks, fish, and even bread can be produced in Cleveland’s combi oven steamer with one of the cooking modes. The OES6.10Mini can also be pre-programmed with up to 250 recipes with each recipe capable of 20 separate steps. Having such a feature simplifies the cooking process for cooks and ensures consistency with your dishes day in and day out.
