Chocolate cooling tunnel
Our Cooling Tunnels are used to obtain a perfect drying of enrobed products. The cooling process is performed by a cooled air loop controlled by a thermo-regulator. A low power cooling unit controls humidity in order to obtain an excellent final result. The belt feed speed is adjustable. The tunnels are available in different lengths, according to the user’s needs.
An independent and thermo-regulated cooling unit is placed every 6 metres along the tunnel, so that different temperatures can be set.
