The filling level changes between 20 and 90mm from the top of the mouth. The pedestals of the bottles (mechanical at spring) are not on the same axle. This implies that they are completely protected from the washing water or from eventual glass slivers. Centralised oil mist lubrication for the pedestals.The feeding of the wine centrally from below allows the tank to be emptied naturally and completely. The washing and sterilization of the tank implies the outflow from above. The filling valves washing and sterilization are simplified by an automatic sterilization cycle. It involves the lift of the filler tank, the contemporary filler valve adjustment at the higher level, the release of the dummy bottle in axle with the filler valve. The filler tank goes down until the filler valve is completely dip in the dummy bottle that will open the valve itself. In this position, sterilization with liquid or steam can start. Eventually, the dummy bottles move backward and the filler returns to the height and filling level previously adjusted. The washing liquid is canalized through a return pipe. The filler is pre-set for CIP both if the machine is idle both if it is working.

The monobloc is equipped with:
- Capacitive probe (Vega) with analogue signal from 4 to 20 mA for feeding pump inverter management of the filler.
- Spouts centring device with cam movement for centring the bottle neck on the inlet star.
- Safety guards in accordance with CE standards with tempered glass doors.
- Proximity to check bottles descending at the end of the filling stage.
- PLC and operating terminal (touch screen).
