Only applicable to Purchasers using Kinnek Pay or Payment Terms

As consideration for any Product purchased via Kinnek, the Purchaser shall pay Kinnek the full purchase price of such Product as well as any applicable taxes (“Product Fees”). All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
1. PAYMENT BY CARD
If Purchaser purchases any Product through Kinnek’s transaction engine, Kinnek’s third-party payment processor, Stripe, shall authorize Purchaser’s credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility that was provided during the registration process for the full payment of the Product Fees, and Purchaser hereby consents to the same. All such payments will be charged in U.S. dollars, and by purchasing any such Product, Purchaser agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found here: https://stripe.com/us/terms and https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
2. ASSIGNMENT OF PROCEEDS OF THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER FINANCING ("Financing")
If you choose to obtain financing from a Third-Party Provider to cover the Product Fees for any purchase on our site, you assign over to your Product Supplier and authorize such Third-Party Provider to release to us, as collection agent for the respective Supplier, an amount equal to the appropriate Product Fees due for each Product purchased when due. You acknowledge and agree that if Kinnek processes Product Fee payment transactions, it does so solely as agent of Supplier, the intended recipient of the Product Fees.
