2000bbl/year production here. Should I use a silo for malt?

It really depends on your climate. If you live in a dry climate, then using a silo for 2000bbl/year production should be fine, since you can keep the malt in the silo for longer without reducing quality. On the other hand, a wetter climate will require more production (so that the malt grain doesn't sit in the silo for too long). Whether you use a silo will also depend on if you get a good price for silo use. Good luck!
