64oz and 2 liters are pretty similar in terms of volume. Is there a reason why some growler suppliers offer both sizes?

European vs US measurements. All 2 liter and 1 liter growlers are imported from Germany or Italy.

our bottles accommodate 32/64oz and 1L/2L(max fill)

Standard glass growlers actually hold 2Liters when filled. There is a line on the shoulder that indicates 64oz.

We chose the max fill levels of 1L/2L to accommodate all buyers globally.

Sizing is decided by the glassware and stainless steel manufacturers. Currently the US is one of the few countries to use the oz for growler measurement. As quote a few growlers are imported they use the standard liter format.
