This is a fairly common practice across the smaller Texas wineries.

We work with them frequently if not everyday. A good idea is to ask your peers who they use, this typically falls into who is available in your region. Mobile bottlers are a great resource for getting your product into the bottle without having to purchase bottling equipment and the space to put it in. We have many customers who do 30 to 50 thousand cases a year and opt to use a mobile bottler. Mobile bottlers generally charge on a per case basis, there are usually set up fee's and a few other incidental's, be sure and get a total cost breakdown.
