Are grolsch style growlers popular in the US among consumers? I am thinking of purchasing growlers for my brewpub and I'm trying to decide between grolsch style and the standard screwcap style.

Grolsch style (swing top) growlers are popular. I think they cost a little more than screwtop but I'm not 100% sure. My one complaint with swingtop is that some of them get in the way when trying to fill a growler. Make sure you are happy with the way they swing open before purchasing. Some styles of them can be a bit cumbersome to get out of the way for growler fills.

Very popular yet more expensive. Our SS Grower Stainess fliptop/threadless bottles are built to hold pressure in. Home brewers love flip tops, too.

www.taproomsupply.com carries a few options you might be interested in. They are more expensive than the standard 64 oz growlers.
