Many brewers use some type of bottling wand (usually a spring-loaded one), which they connect to the spigot on a bottling bucket with a piece of tubing. Counter-pressure bottle fillers also work well if you're looking to carbonate to a specific level without having to deal with all of the guesswork that things like bottling buckets and priming sugar inevitably create.
