On average, what's the general timeframe for carbing a batch of beer if using both a carb stone and brite tank?

10 bbl can be carbonated in roughly 6-8 hours in order to get to 2.8 volume(s) of CO2. Let the gas run through the stone and bleed the CIP arm at the same rate as the input. If you keep the head pressure at 15psi, and the temperature around 30 degrees F, then you should be able to complete the carbing process in this amount of time.
