As long as it fits, absolutely. Keep in mind that it's a bit loud and might overheat if you do not give it enough space on all sides.

Depending on both the size and where you're planning on putting it, it's definitely possible to have a glycol chiller inside. Nevertheless, you may want to consider the fact that the chiller is a very loud piece of equipment to have running constantly. A good compromise might be to install a separate condensing unit (the loud part) outside, and keep the main body of the chiller indoors.
