For conveying small bottles, which conveyor system should I purchase?

Depends if you need to accumulate or just single file the bottles. Also you'll want adjustable guiderails.

This depends on the size of the bottles, the fragility of its contents, and also whether the bottles will be stored in larger cases before conveyance.

A roller conveying system is probably not a good choice, unless the bottles will be stored in larger cases first, since they will not be adequately stable on the rollers.  Generally, a roller conveying system should only be used when the conveyed item (whether the box or product) can fit three rollers underneath it.

If the bottle contents are fragile, then either a belt conveyor or a plastic chain conveyor will work fine (but the plastic chain conveyor should be one in which the chains are very tightly fit together, and which is designed for a gentler pull).  However, among manufacturers conveying small, fragile parts, belt conveyors are more popular.  A belt conveyor will be gentle on the contents of the bottle.  Belt conveyors can also be built to a substantial length, so if you have to transport the bottles quite a distance, a belt conveyor may be the better choice.
