For any of you more experienced brewmasters out there, any suggestions on how much floor space I would need for a 15 BBL production brewery, with canning and bottling lines?

I have a number of layouts I can share with you showing 15bbl brew house, cellar tanks, canning line and/or bottling line. I would consider 6,000 square feet a minimum requirement and would look for something closer to 10,000. We manufacture canning lines 15 - 60 cans/min and bottling lines 30 - 60 bottles/min and brew houses 5bbl - 60bbl. If you need a quotation, layouts, utility specs and other details please contact me. Matt, I'd like to chat with you about sample layouts and pricing
My needs are slightly different. a 7 bbl 2 (or3) vessel system; 4 15bbl Fermentation tanks. No Canning or Bottling.
May also be interested in a used 2 or 3 bbl system.
