Has anyone out there ever built their own counter-pressure bottle filler? If so, how easy/difficult is it to construct one?

While there are plenty of commercialized counter-pressure bottle fillers currently available for purchase, the cost of building your own is actually the same - if not cheaper - than what you would spend on a store-bought filler. Most of the parts can be purchased at any local hardware store, and as far as the actual construction of the filler goes, building your own is actually pretty easy. A simple online search of something along the lines of "DIY counter-pressure bottle filler" will produce multiple results containing clear assembly instructions, most of which include a step-by-step guide to making your own filler in a relatively short amount of time.
