Hi all, I'm in the early stages of planning a craft brewery. When purchasing a fully automated bottling line, will the seller usually help with the setup, installation, and post-installation testing of the system?

Sarah Martin from Martin Robotics

Martin Robotics includes up to 3 days of on-site training and installation at your facility with your purchase of an 8 Shooter Counter Pressure Filler & Crowner. We highly encourage our breweries to have a full Brite tank of beer ready at our arrival & enough other supplies on hand that we may do a few pallet of bottles with you and your team. When we leave, we want you all to feel comfortable and confident in your new machine.
But that's not to say we abandon you once we leave, oh no! Though Martin Robotics is centrally located in Lincoln, Nebraska, we recognize that folk on the coasts can feel a bit of trepidation over their service support being a few thousand miles away. Not to worry, we've got you covered.
The 8 Shooter is capable of connecting to your network and allowing service techs here in Lincoln to help you trouble shoot at the drop of a hat- no waiting for a flight out, no costly travel expense for a service call. Of course, we will send someone out to you should the need for a physical presence arise, but your goal is to use the technology built-in to our machine to its fullest to help you keep your productivity at its highest.

Matt DiDonato from Prospero Equipment Corp.

Prospero Equipment offers full installation and training for all our bottling and labeling lines. We have 5 locations in North America which helps reduce travel costs as we send a technician out from the closest location usually. Typical installation and training takes 2-3 days and then 2 full days of training. As well we usually arrange for a second, third, and even fourth visit for additional training which is judged on the size and complexity of the line itself. Plus we also have 24/7 technician phone support.
