How can I make my menu more allergy conscious?

There are several ways! You can: a) identify and list common food allergens used in menu items; b) identify when items are allergen-free; c) provide allergy-related substitutions, if possible; d) warn diners to be alert as to their allergies and to let front of house know when certain items must be avoided; and e) if certain allergens cannot be avoided, let the diners know.
