As a rule, you should try to avoid storing milled grain for more than a week, as you could run into oxidation risks. It typically has a shorter shelf life. Of course, if you are able to store your milled grain in a cold and dry environment, then you may be able to store it for a couple of months without significant issue. You should always strive to limit the storage time for milled grain, however.
