the 64 oz stainless steel can come with as much as 504 per pallet but the pallet height is 96" Some breweries haven't liked such tall pallets.

504 is standard.  Many of the trucking companies don't like when they are stacked to 576, and customers seem to prefer the 504 qty for max pallet height.
