If you END LOAD the pallets you can fit up to 24 pallets. If you can PINWHEEL the load 26 pallets. The weight needs to be under 45K lbs.

So for a truck load from our warehouse to a client can vary on the case count bottle style from 98 cases to 117 cases per pallet (40x48). Lets just use (750ml) 112 case per pallet x 24 pallets = 2688 cases or 32,2256 pieces. Again let's use a standard weight of 500g per bottle or 16 lb per case can weigh around 1800 lbs per pallet. So let's say your LTL is sending you a 53 foot trailer on the average the max capacity is 45,000 lb so your looking at 24 pallets to keep it safe. As for the 375ml bottles they are normally in six pack cases with 160 to 180 cases per pallet. Still using the same principals but you can get about 26 pallets. Let me know if you need any bottles or have more questions. You can call me at [phone number] Enzo Raffaele-Addamo

While volume is a typical answer weight is the major concern. Pallets can be 40-48" x48" which will give you the foot print but depending on the overall weight is of grater concern. There are 28' pup trucks that can take 22K lbs 53' trailers can take about 42K lbs. In this case size doesn't matter

As Papillon suggested, your loading pattern (and ability to unload on the other end) plays a key factor. You also need to know the size van you will be using.
