There is no set-in-stone amount of time that yeast can be re-used -- it is entirely dependent on the strain, as well as your storage and recycling mechanisms. Generally speaking, however, yeast can be re-used between 5 and 15 times, though some breweries re-use their yeast dozens of times over until the fermentation performance reduces significantly. To recycle your yeast more often, make sure to acid wash the yeast between brews (helps minimize bacterial contamination).
