I already produce other beverages... can I use that equipment to produce cider?

That depends on the type of beverage you're producing. Ciders can be produced using some beermaking or winemaking equipment, though there are some differences in the production process, including the process of crushing/pressing the fruit which requires different equipment. Maybe In particular, when making wine, you would need a press that's more suited to grapes, but the fermentation, filtration, and packaging equipment is essentially the same. As for beer and liquor, those require the addition of heat to cook the grain in water, which is then fermented, filtered, and packaged.
