Ideas for different sweet spreads at my cafe?

I'd like to serve a different spread from the usual nutella, chocolate, and jam.

We'd recommend that you look into spreadable palm sugar! In India and Southeast Asia, palm sugar spreads (such as Kaya, a coconut spread found in Malaysia and Singapore) are incredibly popular. Palm sugar is cooked with granulated or brown sugar (since palm sugar is naturally less sweet), creating a thick spread that goes well with a bit of butter. If you want to offer something new and exotic for your customers, definitely consider using a palm sugar/kaya spread.
