Hey Matt I'm looking to open a microbrewery and was thinking 40 bbl brewhouse, (4) 40 bbl fermentors, (2)80 bbl fermentors, brite tanks, cool room, keg washers and filler, and bottling production. Looking for ideas on layout and space requirement. Both the building I'm bidding on are ove 12000sq ft.

I think Probrewer is generally an efficient way to sell used equipment.  Also, ask other nearby breweries - you may be able to sell to them if they can use what you have.
