We would recommend using a Lenticular filter. But many are comfortable with plate filters and these have been used for a long time in brewing.Add comment
There are different types of depth filtration available out there. Liters or gallons per hour helps but what is your smallest and largest batch sizes? I definitely recommend looking into lenticular filtration.Add comment
For 1200 L per hour filtering capacity, a multiple plate filter will probably work best. You can add or subtract plate filters as needed to suit your production needs. A multiple plate system is the most versatile system for a winemaker with your production needs, and you will not have to overpay for excess production as you can purchase a system with fewer plates to begin with.
