The answer to this question depends on the configuration you currently have. You can increase brew house capacity by adding vessels such as a separate whirlpool for example. You can brew more batches in a day on a 4 vessel system than a 2 vessel. I will be happy to more fully evaluate the system in question if there is one. Cheers, Matt
