You are!  Do bear in mind, however, that your truck may present issues down the road.  It is very common for food truck owners to forget about the truck itself.  If it is not maintained properly, you may lose business in the event of a technical issue (if you cannot move the truck back to your day location, for example).  Responsible food truck owners do well to keep the condition of their truck in mind, too.  Good luck!
