Hi, I'm brand new here but am starting to get serious about opening a 7bbl microbrewery. I would like to have a 7bbl brewing capacity with 2 7bbl fermenters to allow double fermentation and kegging only to begin, moving into a canning line when confident. I would love to have a tap room as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
