For manually cleaning kegs, what's the best method to use without wasting too much time and CO2? I'm currently purging with CO2 for a certain period before filling during my manual clean(s). I think I might be purging too much and/or for too long tho - any thoughts?

After cleaning and rinsing the keg, secure the outlet valve and push CO2 into the keg at about 20psi, which usually takes about 12 seconds. Allow the keg to pressurize. That usually leaves you with a keg pressured at around 12-14psi, which means you can fill the keg without knocking any CO2 out of the solution.
