My labor costs are around $30/hr - when should I think about investing in an automatic labeling machine?

Automatic labeling machinery is usually justified based on output requirements and label placement accuracy requirements as well as labor cost savings. We supply systems for 20/minute to 600/minute.

You don't need to spend that much money to archive best results. with our BenchMAX machine you will only need ONE staff member to operate (Not 3 as you will with inline) 1 person can print (If required) label front and back and pack 760 bottles or containers an hour, Thats a pallet and you've ONLY paid $30 as you mentioned watch here http://youtu.be/3M2n03j-8WI

Our labeler can handle from five hundred to one thousand CPH per unit depending on what sort of labeling you're getting done. I've had numerous companies purchase multiple machines and run them in tandem because the cost of the machines ($399 each) plus the cost of labor is still less than the many tens of thousands spent on one of the bigger machines. In essence twenty-five hundred to five-thousand containers per hour for less than than $5000. An additional note: If you have one machine and it goes down, you're out of luck. If you have a series, you're still up and running while a replacement is sent out.

If you do more than 3 bottles per minute you should have one labeller now :=))
We offer small table top semi automatic labellers for around $5,000.
