My restaurant wants to add pizzas to the menu. Do we need a new, dedicated oven, or can we just use the convection oven we already have?

Convection ovens tend to have a lower pizza production output as compared to dedicated alternatives (for example, deck ovens and brick ovens), but for a restaurant simply adding pizza to their existing menu, a convection oven should be absolutely fine.
