Should I go for a bench bottle capper or a wing bottle capper? Small brewery here.

Wing bottle cappers are cheaper and take up less space, but in general, if you are not extremely space-limited and cost-limited, a bench bottle capper is a better investment.

With wing cappers, there is a risk of breaking the bottle, the capper tool itself can break fairly easily, and it is only compatible with certain beer bottles. Further, wing cappers does not accommodate reuse of a twist-top beer bottle, whereas the bench capper does. Bench cappers are faster and less tiring to use, so if your production is expected to grow past, say, 10-15 gallon brews, then for labor efficiency purposes it absolutely makes sense to invest in a bench bottle capper.
