Absolutely. Though gluten-free has become something of a buzzword in recent years, there are plenty of advantages to flour that is high in gluten. High gluten flour tends to be used when your baked goods need a more solid, stronger texture (such as bagels, or pizza). High gluten flour generally results in in tougher baked goods that hold their shape better. Also, bear in mind that the more refined the gluten is in your flour, the chewier your product will be.
