Ventilation hood question

Hi, I'm moving some of my old equipment to a new setup.  Is there anything I should lookout for as far as the ventilation system?

Make sure to check what your ventilation system is rated for.  If your ventilation system is under-rated for your equipment, you may get smoke and other air pollutants accumulating in the kitchen.  If your ventilation system is over-rated for your equipment, then it will draw too much heat away from the equipment and may create serious cooking inefficiencies.
