First and foremost, the venturi-style dosers are extremely sensitive to any changes in the system, particularly the input flow rate of the water feeding into the machine. That being said, you'll want to keep this in mind at all times, mainly to ensure your GPM setting doesn't fluctuate and more importantly, the dose you're pulling remains consistent throughout the entire process. To measure your dose: - Calculate the initial amount of concentrated sanitizer. - Using the sanitizer solution diluted by the venturi pump, fill 2 kegs to capacity. - Measure the final sanitizer volume. - Divide the change in sanitizer volume by the volume of the kegs to get the dose you're pulling with the venturi-based system. Unfortunately, if you need to lower your dose, the easiest way of doing so is to use the reduction nipple you were wanting to avoid. You can also pre-dilute the chemical, but this method will most likely take you a bit longer.
