We’ve been using our rice cooker a lot more frequently, but cleanup is always frustrating which slows down production. Help?

You can put the rice cooker on warming mode for a few minutes after the rice is done, so that it dries out the stuck rice, but generally speaking, the best way to ensure fast cleanup is to use a liner. A specialized liner will allow you to remove it after a batch is complete, leaving the rice cooker clean for the next batch.
