What are the pros and cons of different types of draft systems? What kind of cooler do I need?

I own a natural foods meat market that does a lot of craft beers. We are looking to install a 3 or 4 tap draft beer system to complement this.

The best way to go would be a commercial kegerator with a four faucet tower. Click on the link below:

For a 4 Tap system its easiest and probably most cost effective to have a kegerator type system (cooler with a 4 tap beer tower on the top, dierctv draw system) if you have the space in your bar for the cooler. Other option is to have cooler or walk-in cooler remotely (usually in the basement of the restaurant) and run lines to a beer tower installed on the counter. It will need to be chilled with glycol and beer and glycol pumped to the tower. It need a bit more upfront cost and more maintenance. Its good for larger systems or if you do not have space for a cooler (about 48 - 58 " wide by 24" deep). Let us know if you are looking for a system.

There are primarily two ways to go. The first would be to get a draft beer cooler with towers on top. You can usually get these in sizes from 1 keg up to 5 keg (referring to 1/2 barrel sizes). Additionally, if you have an existing walk in cooler you can have beer lines run from your cooler to a set of taps outside somewhere. The most important piece would depend on the amount of space you have available.
